Antonio, the CEO of SunRite, personally stepped in to help me. He traveled all the way from Boston to my home in Greenville, South Carolina, and took full responsibility for a situation he didn’t even create. He installed new solar panels on my roof entirely for free, paid for half of my roof replacement, and has worked tirelessly to correct every issue caused by the previous installer. It’s extremely rare these days to find a company—especially in the solar industry—where leadership stands behind their customers to this level. Antonio’s actions showed integrity, compassion, and a true commitment to doing things the right way. Knowing how many people have concerns about improper installs, I want to reassure anyone reading this: SunRite Solar is different. They do things correctly, they care about your home, and they care about your experience long after the sale. If you want solar but are afraid of horror stories, go with SunRite. SunRite Solar is on a different level. I had a unique upgrade-more panels, batteries, a new service panel, EV charger, and a 240V outlet-and no other company would even consider it. Josh and his team took it on without hesitation and delivered a clean, well-engineered system that performs great. When I needed service months later, they responded immediately and fixed the issue fast. Excellent workmanship, great communication, and genuinely good people to work with.

Installation was great! I really appreciated that they worked with me to minimize my time out of work. All trash and packaging was gone after, everything was left neat and tidy. Everyone was professional and answered all my questions. A+!
